Easy Conversation Generates Leads:
I learn as much as I can about the family or client's situation before speaking to the client. I attempt to find connections with other folks in my book of business to increase the comfort level of the conversation. I never lie or misinform the client. If I don't know an answer to a question, I admit it and state I will find out the answer from someone who is more knowledgeable in that field. It gives me an opportunity to contact the client later. When I call them back they understand I am willing to go that extra mile for them. It goes a long way in creating a trust relationship between me and the client.
