Tax Return Marketing Technique!

Effective tax return marketing technique: Make a copy of page 2 of the clients 1040 return. Circle the tax liability, and write a note next to it saying, "Call me about this". Then mail it to the client. When they call you don't take the call, you have your assistant schedule an appointment. Show them in the appointment a hypothetical tax return on what tax deferral will do for them (or tax free, or tax managed strategies). Selling off of the tax return is very powerful.
